About Us
Ethos Consultancy was established in 1995 in the UK. Its owner, Robert Keay, took the company to its new headquarters in Dubai, United Arab Emirates in 2003.
Ethos has become one of the leading consultancy firms in the Middle East offering services related to business improvement, process efficiency and customer service.
As a direct result of experience gained by the Ethos team, the SnagTRAK e-solution product was developed, primarily to assist organisations deliver a more efficient way of managing "snags/defects" at the completion of the build process.
Ethos e-solutions development team (all based at our offices in Dubai) is currently involved in new significant developments, all of which will carry the TRAK brand.
