How Does SnagTRAK Work?

SnagTRAK works on the principle of having two main roles. It mirrors the interaction between them and completely automates the information flow.

SnagTRAK is a web-based Inspection Lifecycle Management Tool, enabling users to create online inspection reports including the details of any snags identified. It features the unique ability to attach a photograph of each snag to help communicate the issue. Each snag is categorised for trend analysis and reporting purposes and automatically emailed to the Inspector or the Engineer with the photograph and a request for action.

Once an inspection and its snags have been recorded into SnagTRAK, the status of each snag is tracked at every step of the process. From registration right through each action stage until it is verified as being satisfactorily resolved, the information is available for reporting and analysis.

Color coded status indicators are used to provide an instant visible status of each snag along its path.

In addition to managing inspection reports and snag progression, SnagTRAK displays trends and many other statistics without which the management of any given project could not be complete.
